You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, help to deter security-related incidents, and maintain a strong, visible presence. This role requires both armed and driving responsibilities. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random armed patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.

Monitor access points and verify credentials of individuals entering restricted areas, in compliance with site protocols.

Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential threats within a high-security aerospace and defense environment.

Document and report any security-related incidents, unusual observations, or maintenance issues promptly to Allied Universal management and site contacts.

Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency responders as needed during critical situations or drills.

Participate in ongoing training and drills to remain prepared for emergency response and to stay current with site-specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

Have at least 3 years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or possess a college degree.

An active Department of Defense Secret Clearance is required.

Be at least 21 years of age.

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Level III Armed Certification is required for positions in Texas.

Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
