Responsibilities:

As an Assistant Manager, you will have the opportunity to learn and lead in various departments within our restaurant:

Kitchen Department:

Execute inventory management, ensuring optimal food cost and profitability

Maintain quality assurance standards

Hospitality Department:

Oversee local store merchandising

Be a great community partner

Implement measures to enhance customer satisfaction

Technology Department:

Keep all equipment in working order

Oversee a team for troubleshooting technology issues in the day-to-day operating environment

People Department:

Oversee our most important asset-people!

In charge of hiring, orientation, and training processes

Requirements:

Previous experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the fast-food industry

Strong organizational and leadership skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
