Our Company:

SpecialtyRx is a Long-Term Care pharmacy providing pharmaceutical services to long term care facilities and assisted living communities. SpecialtyRx takes pride in delivering personalized care and quality pharmacy services.

NOTICE: SpecialtyRx is seeking Account Executive located in the Greater Louisville/Southern area in Kentucky.

The Account Executive will be servicing and overseeing the relationship with our long-term care facilities and assisted living communities in the surroundings parts of Louisville and Southern KY. Under general supervision of the Account Executive Manager, in accordance with local, state, federal and company laws.

An Account Executive must have a good understanding of the solution to provide adequate support and maintain long-term relationships. Along with demonstrating excellent customer service performance and consistence with SpecialtyRx mission and values.

Account Executive Responsibilities:

Schedule and perform routine visits to assigned facilities.

Respond in a professional and timely manner to inquiries from client facilities.

Ability to relate to client needs.

Work with pharmacy staff to obtain information to share with client facilities and to solve client facility issues.

Perform audits of medication and treatment carts for survey preparation.

Audit antibiotics/PO/IV and back-up boxes to ensure proper par levels are maintained and medications are not expired.

Audit emergency boxes to ensure proper seal(s) are placed and medications are not expired.

Develop and maintain relationships with Administrators and Director of Nursing of client facilities to facilitate position responsibilities.

Account Executive Qualifications:

LPN Experience required. Open to PTCB with long term care experience.

Nursing Home or Assisted Living experience.

Long Term Care Pharmacy experience preferred.

Leadership experience.

Extensive knowledge of health care procedures.

Ability to make quick decisions, establish priorities and concentrate on detailed information.

Driven and motivated problem-solver.

Ability to work independently and team player.

Good organizational and interpersonal skills.

A valid driver's license & proof of insurance with reliable transportation required.

Willing to drive to neighboring regions.

Must be located in KY.
