Physical Therapist (PT) - Full Time 30 Hours/Week + Benefits- Make a Difference, One Home at a Time!

Are you a licensed Physical Therapist looking for a full-time role with real work-life balance outside of the traditional clinic setting?

This is a full-time, benefits-eligible Physical Therapist position at 30 hours per week.

Join Ability Beyond and provide in-home Physical Therapy services to adults with Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities (IDD/DD) and Acquired Brain Injuries (ABI) living in group homes. This is a chance to deliver meaningful care outside of a traditional clinic, with flexibility, the ability to make a real impact every day, and the freedom to focus on patient care without the burden of billing

Quick Facts:

Location: Greater Danbury area (local travel required)

Schedule: Full Time 30 hours per week

Pay Rate: $56-58 per hour ($87,000-$90,000 Annually)

Setting: Group Homes

Provide meaningful, person-centered Physical Therapy services

Assess mobility and functional needs and develop individualized treatment plans

Deliver therapeutic exercises and interventions to support independence and safety

Partner with and educate group home staff to reinforce goals and safe techniques

Focus on quality of care, not volume
