NeuroRestorative, a part of the Sevita family, provides rehabilitation services for people of all ages with brain, spinal cord and medically complex injuries, illnesses and other challenges. In a variety of locations and community-based settings, we offer a range of programs, including vocational and therapy programs, day treatments, and specialized services for infants, children, adolescents, Military Service Members and Veterans.

Our NeuroRestorative facility located in Artesia, CA, is a fully licensed JCAHO accredited Congregate Living Healthcare (CLHF) facility that specializes in brain, spinal cord and other life-altering injuries and medically-complex illnesses. We offer in-patient treatment in a residential home-like setting to individuals of all ages, which includes Neurorehabilitation, respite, post-acute, and sub-acute care. We offer a variety of services including amputee care, complex wound care, G- and J- tube feedings, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, multiple IV Antibiotic therapy, pulmonary care, social & recreational activities, and more.

Shift Available

Per-diem DAY & NOC shift

DAY Shift: 7:00 am to 7:30 pm

NOC Shift: 7:00 pm to 7:30 am

12-hour shifts (every shift includes 4 hours of OT)

DT after 12th hour

Licensed Vocational Nurse

Salary Range: $28.00-$31.50 per hour, based on experience

Overtime pay after 8 th hour (OT pay = $42.00-$47.25 per hour)

NOC shift = $2.00 per hour shift differential

IV Therapy & Blood Withdrawal Certification required

Qualifications:

Current state LPN/LVN License

IV Therapy & Blood Withdrawal Certification required

Current CPR certification

Excellent assessment skills with the ability to exercise critical thinking in the clinical environment

Effective communication skills - ability to communicate with team members, medical professionals, those we serve, and their families

A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach

Communicate with the physician and external medical centers to ensure consistency of essential medical information
