Role Overview

Sodexo Government is seeking a Deli/Bakery Manager for DECA (Defense Commissary Agency) at the Hanscom Commissary located at Hanscom AFB, MA. The Deli/Bakery Manager will be managing the operations of a medium sized deli / bakery. Knowledge of deli / bakery operations, including merchandising, ordering and customer service is essential.

What You'll Do

manage frontline staff;

oversee deli / bakery operations;

ensure department HACCP and safety programs for regulatory compliance;

foversee rontline training programs, and/or

daily operation standards.
