As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a dynamic retail distribution environment, helping to deter security-related incidents through routine patrols and visible presence. You will provide outstanding customer service and clear communication while supporting a secure atmosphere for all. Pay Rate: $16.26 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Day Time

Mon02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Wed02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Sat02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and to observe and report any suspicious behavior or situations.

Monitor entrances, exits, and other key areas of the location to help to deter unauthorized access and to support a secure environment.

Maintain detailed and accurate logs and reports of daily activities, incidents, and observations as required by Allied Universal and client site protocols.

Communicate professionally with visitors, employees, and management to address security-related concerns and provide assistance as needed.

Follow all site-specific guidelines and instructions while representing Allied Universal in a professional manner at all times.

Minimum Requirements:

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
