Description Minnehaha Senior Living, a Lifespark Senior Living Community is looking for a Home Health Aide to join our growing team! Minnehaha Senior Living is located directly on a bus route off om the corner of 23rd Avenue South and East 38th Street, in Minneapolis, MN. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our gorgeous 77-unit, apartment style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. Join our team today! Shifts Available: Full-time PM Shift (2p-10p), Every other weekend required. Part-time NOC(10p-6a), Every other weekend required. On-Call All Shifts HHA Wage: $17-$22 per hour (DOE) CNA: $19-$24 per hour (DOE) Are you compassionate towards others? Are you passionate about enriching the lives of others? In this position, you will be providing support to our residents with their personal care services including: CNA's and HHA's provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity. Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care. Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care. Assist with medication administration. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in an assisted living community is preferred. Strong interest in healthcare. Positive, compassionate attitude. Strong customer service and communication skills.
