As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will actively monitor and patrol retail locations to help deter security-related incidents and provide a welcoming presence for guests and staff. This is a driving post, where you will conduct routine patrols, respond to incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service while upholding our values of teamwork, integrity, and a people-first culture. Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour

Mon01:00 PM - 11:30 PM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.

Observe and report any suspicious behavior, hazards, or incidents to the appropriate personnel.

Assist with access control and monitor entry and exit points as required by site procedures.

Support loss prevention efforts by maintaining a visible presence and interacting with visitors and staff as appropriate.

Document all incidents, observations, and activities according to Allied Universal and site-specific guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

A New York State Security Guard License is required.

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
