Role Overview: We're looking for a dedicated and motivated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at our Castle Rock clinic. In this role, you'll work alongside a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality, comprehensive therapy to pediatric clients in a fun, family-centered environment.

Position Details:

Shift: Full-Time, In-Person

Location: 815 S. Perry St. #200, Castle Rock, CO 80104

Schedule: 4x10-hour days, Monday--Friday OR Tues-Fri, 8:00 AM -- 6:00 PM (No weekends)

Pay Range: $70,000 -- $104,000 per year

Guarantee: Pay is bi-weekly, and we guarantee your full compensation for the first 30 days of employment to ensure a smooth and supported start

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of clients with various challenges

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address specific needs

Provide therapy services to clients with a wide range of disorders

Collaborate with other members of the therapy team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care

Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress

Requirements:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Valid DORA license

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC's)

Completed PRAXIS

Willingness to work with clients across various age groups and diagnoses

Availability to work after school hours

1+ years of experience as an SLP
