The Product Integration (PI) Team is looking to fill the role of Manager, Program Manager. This partner will oversee a team of commercialization managers that are responsible for the end-to-end project management to ensure that products are designed, developed, and commercialized to flawlessly flow through our network and into the marketplace. The primary goal is to enable leaders to make tradeoff decisions by integrating stakeholders, requirements, and risks. This team's scope is retail coffeehouse categories (Beverage, Food, Impulse, etc.).

As a Manager, Program Manager, you will...

Lead a team of 4-6 through governance and storytelling to deliver core products and 'Back to Starbucks' initiatives in high pressure, high urgency situations

Optimize ways of working both internally and cross-functionally to find efficiencies in effective execution

Coach and mentor team in project management, commercialization requirements & tradeoffs, and professional development

We'd love to hear from people with:

8 yrs application of industry-based project management methodologies and tools.

8 yrs managing complex large-scale business or information technology projects.

8 yrs building and mentoring teams including PMs and sr PMs.

6 yrs Mentoring other project managers in program and project management.

8 yrs General business experience in large, matrixed organizations.

*If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above. For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above.

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. At Starbucks, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
