BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager (RN required) for our Winston- Salem, NC office. This office provides best in class care to adult clients throughout the surrounding area.

Responsibilities for a Clinical Manager:

Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.

Visit our adult clients and conduct assessments in Winston Salem, NC and other surrounding areas.

Develop the care plan and oversee its execution.

Supervise Home Health Aides and CNA staff in the field.

Facilitate new hire orientation.

Participate in the training of new employees and in-services for field staff.

Qualifications for a Clinical Manager:

Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 or more years of experience as an RN.

Supervisory experience preferred
