As a Security Officer - Cruise Ship Terminal Patrol (Clearance Required) in San Diego, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated government locations, remaining highly visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will conduct routine patrols, interact with the public, and provide outstanding customer service while maintaining clear communication. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.

Monitor premises for unusual activity and report findings to appropriate personnel.

Assist visitors, employees, and/or contractors with directions and information as required.

Document observations and incidents according to Allied Universal protocols.

Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency responders when necessary.

Minimum Requirements:

An active Department of Defense Secret clearance is required.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

A guard card or license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
