The Assembler at our Baldwin, WI location involves working collaboratively to assemble and package product. This is a 2nd shift onsite role, with hours Monday-Thursday 3:15 p.m. to 1:15 a.m.

Role Responsibilities:

Assembly of non-repetitive parts which may include multiple parts per operation.

Package parts and assemblies.

Ensure compliance to prints.

Operate test equipment when required.

Ensure proper documentation with labeling.

Complies with all safety, DOT, HAZMAT and environmental policies and procedures.

Uses all designated Personal Protective Equipment as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to demonstrate ability to:

Material Handling with forklifts, cranes, carts, etc.

Display mechanical aptitude

Quality conscious

Ability to read blueprints, and understand verbal and written instructions

High School Diploma or GED is required

Preferred Qualifications:

Display mechanical aptitude and ability to solve complex problems resulting from a highly customized product line

Perform a variety of tasks throughout the day in a steady work environment

Hourly Pay Range: $22.78

This position is overtime eligible as per state and federal regulations.

This position is eligible for a gainsharing plan based on the achievement of specific goals.
