Schedule: Monday-Thursday 6:30am-5:00pm (4 days/10-hour shift, OT on Fridays as needed and may be mandatory) Pay : $15.45/hour

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 6:00pm-6:00am (4 days/12-hour shift, OT on Fridays 6:00 pm to 4:00 pm, may be mandatory) Pay : $15.95/hour
Position Summary:
The Assembler position performs all tasks involved in the assembly of the company's products using manufactured and/or purchased components. What's a typical day as an Assembler?
You'll be:
Working within a station that is part of a larger assembly line assemble intricate large or small mechanical built products for lawn mowers and snow blowers.
Following all production processes to maintain a consistent workflow to ensure safe operations, quality products, and consistent delivery
Inspect paint quality and coverage, component defects, and operation of all working parts.
Working as a team player and following standards and directions and take immediate action to correct and/or report any unsafe conditions and hazards.
Utilizing basic knowledge of hand tools and communicating verbally with team members
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required;
Ability to read instructions represented in manuals, drawings, schematics etc. and follow them with precision.
Good understanding of quality control principles.
Good communication skills (verbal and written).
Experience and ability in using hand tools.
Age 18 years or older.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Team-oriented, positive, professional attitude.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in manufacturing
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit, stand, bend, lift for extended periods.
