Are you a driven, energetic sales professional ready to make your mark in the logistics industry? We're looking for a Road Logistics Sales Representative to join our high-performing Road Logistics team. In this role, you'll be the engine behind our growth - identifying new business opportunities, engaging prospects, and qualifying leads for our sales team.

How you create impact

Identify and engage key decision-makers at targeted prospect accounts

Drive outreach through cold calling and lead generation to build a robust pipeline

Schedule qualified appointments to boost business closing rates

Collaborate with sales leadership to refine prospecting strategies and messaging

Use sales acceleration tools to maximize efficiency and impact

What we would like you to bring

2+ years of experience in FTL/LTL sales, ideally with a freight broker or forwarder

Proven success in a high-volume prospecting environment

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent verbal and written communication

Comfortable travelling domestically up to 10%

The target base salary range for this position is between $65,000 and $80,000 with an anticipated OTE between $110,000.00 and $150,000.00. Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. Kuehne+Nagel reviews pay ranges regularly to ensure competitive and fair pay based on industry market data. #LI-KE1
