About Central Fill
Our Central Fill team operates at the heart of Walmart's pharmacy operations, supporting stores and customers by ensuring accuracy, safety, and efficiency in medication fulfillment. As a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist, you'll collaborate with pharmacy professionals and cross-functional partners to identify, investigate, and resolve quality issues-helping us deliver on our promise of trusted care and innovation.
What you'll do...
Analyze data to investigate medication errors and identify root causes
Conduct quality audits and deliver actionable feedback to agents and managers
Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance quality and customer satisfaction
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and update training documentation
Report findings and drive action plans to improve service levels
What You'll Bring
Active Pharmacy Technician certification (PTCB or ASHP) and state registration
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with experience investigating medication errors
Proficiency in interpreting quality data and generating reports
Experience recommending and implementing process improvements in a pharmacy or healthcare setting
Excellent communication skills for delivering feedback and collaborating with diverse teams

The hourly wage range for this position is $25.60 - $38.40The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
