As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence at retail locations. You will provide outstanding customer service and clear communication while supporting a welcoming environment for all visitors. This role requires driving as part of your daily responsibilities. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.

Observe and report any security-related concerns or incidents to the appropriate personnel.

Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits as needed.

Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter potential disturbances.

Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and team members.

Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and promptly.

Minimum Requirements:

An armed guard card or license is required.

Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
