Job Title: Customer Service Representative 3

Job Description

This is a remote role with preferred locations in the vicinity of Tysons, Virginia, Richmond, Virginia, or Plano, Texas. The position requires working hours from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM Eastern Time.

Responsibilities

Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services.

Handle and resolve complaints efficiently and professionally.

Resolve service or billing complaints by exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills.

Contact customers to respond to inquiries or notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments.

Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.

Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions, detailing inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken.

Assess the validity of complaints by obtaining and examining all relevant information.

Solicit the sale of new or additional services or products.

Essential Skills

Proficiency with Google Platform and Google Suite is mandatory.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Proficiency in documenting and recording customer/client information accurately.

Experience with computer applications such as Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.

5-7 years of customer service-related experience required.

Call center phone experience is a plus.

Work Environment

This role is fully remote with preferred locations in Tysons, Virginia, Richmond, Virginia, or Plano, Texas. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM Eastern Time.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Henrico, VA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $16.00/hr.
