As a key technical leader within the team, you will collaborate with engineering, product, sales, service, and customer success teams to define and implement abest-in-class service programthat supports the full lifecycle of our cooling solutions-from new construction startup and commissioning efforts through ongoing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as thetechnical subject matter experton data center cooling systems, with a focus on liquid-to-liquid heat exchange and CDU technologies.
Provide strategic input into thedesign and development of service and support programs, including installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting protocols.
Collaborate with customers, contractors, and internal teams duringnew data center builds and retrofitsto ensure seamless integration of our cooling service programs.
Develop and refinetechnical documentation, SOPs, and training materials for internal teams and customers.
Supportroot cause analysisand continuous improvement efforts for field issues and system performance.
Advise onmonitoring, telemetry, and predictive maintenancestrategies to enhance system reliability and uptime.
Stay current with industry trends, standards, and best practices in data center thermal management and sustainability.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
5+ years of experience indata center infrastructure, with a strong focus onmechanical systems, cooling technologies, andcommissioning processes.
Hands-on experience withcoolant distribution units (CDUs),liquid-to-liquid heat exchangers, andtechnical cooling systems.
Proven track record indata center construction, startup, and operational support.
Strong understanding ofcritical facility operations, including redundancy, uptime requirements, and risk mitigation.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interface with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience working in astartup or fast-paced environmentis a plus.
Possess a valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range:The total Compensation range for this position is $102,200-$153,200 which includes base pay and target incentive based on performance, per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
