About the Role:

Are you a driven leader with a passion for facilities management and a knack for building impactful teams? CBRE is seeking a dynamic FM Engineering Operations Manager in Lebanon, IN to oversee a team, drive operational efficiency, and mentor staff. You'll be instrumental in shaping the department's success, leading key initiatives, and ensuring a smooth workflow while impacting the bottom line. What You'll Do:

Provide formal supervision to employees. Supervise the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and mentor. Lead all aspects of the recruiting and hiring of new employees.

Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. Set and track staff and department deadlines. Mentor and coach as needed.

Maintain relationships with clients, partners, and other collaborators.

Manage the profits and losses of the department or a specific division.

Develop goals and initiatives to advise the department's course.

Guide managers in implementing company initiatives and policies.

Evaluate company processes and procedures to solve issues within them.

Ensure business operations are implemented based on established procedures.

Keep track of regulatory records and paperwork.

Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence parties of shared interests to reach an agreement.

Apply knowledge of own subject area and how own field integrates with others to achieve team and departmental objectives.

Identify, fix, and resolve day-to-day and moderately sophisticated issues that may or may not be evident in existing systems and processes.

What You'll Need:

Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and performance and retention preferred.

Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and balance problems.

Leadership skills to empower team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job subject area and department.

In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mentality.

Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial related calculations
