Description

We are looking for a dedicated Executive Assistant to join our team in Fort Wayne, Indiana. In this role, you will work closely with leadership to provide essential administrative support, coordinate events, and manage various operational tasks. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of a dynamic commercial construction organization.

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership, ensuring seamless operations.

Oversee and manage calendars, including scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments.

Organize and plan events, including travel arrangements and logistics, to ensure successful execution.

Develop and maintain detailed presentations to support organizational goals and initiatives.

Utilize advanced Excel functions to analyze data and create detailed reports.

Collaborate with multiple departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Handle communications and correspondence on behalf of leadership, maintaining a high level of expertise.

Track and manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met.

Assist in preparing and distributing important documents and materials for meetings or presentations.

Proactively identify opportunities to enhance administrative processes and implement improvements.

Requirements - Proven experience in administrative assistance or a similar role, preferably in a corporate setting.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and data analysis.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Demonstrated ability to create presentations with precision and attention to detail using Microsoft PowerPoint or similar tools.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Experience in event planning, including travel coordination and logistics.

Detail-oriented approach to work, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.

Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
