Pay Rate: $18/hr

1st Shift: 7:30am-4:30pm M-F

What's a typical day as an Admin Assistant? You'll be:

Configuring data and providing reports as needed to managers.

Maintaining records for staffing and facilitating supply purchases.

Administering company policies and procedures while performing other admin duties assigned by management.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Hold a college degree and/or a high school diploma, with 5+ years of related experience (manufacturing experience is a plus).

Possess strong interpersonal skills and an adaptive communication style, with the confidence to make decisions and work with various stakeholders.

Are proficient with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and have excellent problem-solving and data entry skills.
