Key Responsibilities

· Autonomous process account payable transactions through 3-way matching for manufacturing plants.

· Coordinate assigned activities within the accounts payable function to ensure accurate and timely payment processing using SAP FUSION, Wise, or Canada platform.

· Act as an AP Champion, ensuring compliance with client approved policies and procedures.

· Collaborate and influence buyers, vendors, and business partners to resolve parked and blocked invoices.

· Utilize customer service and communication skills to respond to internal and external inquiries, including vendor statement reconciliation and procurement issues.

· Think creatively about proposing innovative solutions and improving shared services processes.

· Participate in special projects impacting shared services and overall client business objectives.

Required Skills

· 2-4 years of accounts payable experience required.

· High School Diploma required; College degree preferred.

· Ability to process high volume of invoices (75-100 per day).

· Experience with ERP systems; SAP experience highly preferred.

· Willingness to work overtime during peak periods and monthly closing cycles.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills (including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables).

· Consumer products industry experience preferred.

· Familiarity with document imaging systems like Readsoft preferred.

Pay Details: $24.23 per hour
