We are currently hiring Small-Part Assemblers! Looking for something new in 2026? Looking to join a team of: People Powering Production? Our Assemblers are actually "Small Part Assemblers" who continually work with their hands and deal with extremely small details. Your Hands Help Build Tomorrow! With the assistance of microscopes and tweezers, our Assemblers will build components and sub-assemblies for high-powered products. Every customer is different; and every customer has a unique ask so following specific procedures and instructions while operating machinery and often times sitting or standing at a workstation for periods of time is required. All of these tasks are performed in a clean room environment which is temperature and humidity controlled. Additional requirements include wearing a gown, bouffant, gloves, booties, and safety glasses. In addition, our commitment to a FOD-free environment includes: no cosmetics, hair containment and more! This full-time, non-exempt role will be located in Salem, NH and will report to the Director of Operations. *Preference will be given to candidates currently located within commutable distance to Salem, NH. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Complete detailed and precise mechanical assembly of semiconductor assemblies requiring dexterity in handling small tools and parts. Mount, align, and perform in-process testing to ensure final assemblies meet prescribed specifications. Create electrical interconnects using gold wire bonding tools. Demonstrate the ability to read and work from assembly drawings, verbal instructions, and engineering sketches. Uses precision measuring instruments to ensure conformance with dimensional and electrical specifications and tolerances. Work for prolonged periods under stereo zoom microscope. SKILLS & ABILITIES: Wear complete fab attire for an entire shift and meet all safety and cleanroom requirements which can include: Hand Hygiene, Personal Item Removal, Gowning Area Preparation, Order of Gowning, Shoe Covers, Hair Covers, Face Masks, Coveralls/Gowns, Gloves, Additional Garments, Final Inspection and maintaining proper protocols. Attention to detail and above average hand eye coordination is required for this position. Must have good manual dexterity and be able to work with small components. Ability to use microscopes, screwdrivers tweezers, and other miscellaneous tools. Should be knowledgeable about handling and working the various adhesives and epoxies. Ability to work independently under general supervision. Good communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail High school diploma or equivalent. EDUCATION, REQUIREMENTS, AND EXPERIENCE: Ability to maintain a high level of quality awareness by adhering to policies and procedures; guarantees parts meet our quality expectations. Ability to identify, multi-task, and resolve multiple priority issues quickly. Ability to approach tasks in a detail-oriented manner. Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions. Semiconductor experience and J-STD-001 certified is preferred.
