Engage with visitors and staff, manage access points, and provide outstanding customer service. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergencies as needed.

Monitor access points and verify credentials of individuals entering and exiting the location to help to deter unauthorized entry.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter and detect any suspicious activity.

Document and report any security-related incidents, observations, or unusual circumstances to Allied Universal management and/or client representatives.

Assist visitors, contractors, and employees with access control procedures and provide directions or information as requested.

Work collaboratively with other Allied Universal team members and client staff to maintain a secure environment at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
