Thank you, Staffmark\" Staffmark Associate, Gardena, CA Responsibilities: Operate CNC lathes and milling machines across multiple cells, including tool set-up, inserts, offsets, and deburring finished parts. Manufacture components precisely in accordance with engineering prints and GD&T specifications. Conduct quality inspections using micrometers, bore gauges, calipers, height stands, and document production metrics. Lead corrective and preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and maintain machine performance. Review production schedules, prioritize shift tasks, and prepare materials and equipment for operations. Troubleshoot complex machining issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions for improved uptime. Provide hands-on supervision of CNC machinists/operators on 3rd shift, assigning tasks, monitoring... For full info follow application link.
