As a Security Officer - Retail Roving Patrol in Saint Paul, MN , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol retail or mall locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining visible and approachable. You will conduct routine patrols, respond to situations as needed, and provide exceptional customer service. Pay Rate: $22.95 / Hour

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail or mall location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and monitor for potential concerns.

Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols within the location.

Support access control procedures by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying credentials, and assisting visitors as needed.

Communicate clearly and promptly with Allied Universal management, site personnel, and local authorities as required.

Complete detailed and accurate reports on incidents, patrol activities, and other security-related matters as directed by site policies.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
