Administrative Assistant

Summary:

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide support to our team. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing documents, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Calendar Management: Maintain assigned calendars and schedule appointments.

Meeting Coordination: Schedule meetings, prepare and distribute meeting packets, and arrange catering when needed.

Documentation: Create and process expense reports, correspondence, forms, reports, graphs, and visual presentations.

Travel Arrangements: Prepare travel requests and book airfare, hotels, rental cars, and registrations.

Communication: Capture and publish meeting minutes; distribute information to internal and external stakeholders.

Office Support: Order and maintain department supplies; maintain effective filing systems and organization charts.

Training & Requests: Submit and track departmental training requests and other documents as directed.

What We're Looking For:

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

This is a Contract position based out of Fairfield, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
