Bilingual Spanish Administrative Assistant

Description We are looking for a dedicated and organized Bilingual Spanish Administrative Assistant to join our team in Mattapan, Massachusetts. This Contract position requires someone who is detail oriented and can manage front desk operations effectively while delivering excellent administrative support. Ideal candidates will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact at the front desk, ensuring a welcoming and detail oriented experience for all visitors and tenants.

Accurately input work orders into the Yardi system and track their progress for timely follow-up.

Keep tenants informed about the status of their requests and updates, providing clear and concise communication.

Deliver administrative assistance to the Property Manager, including scheduling, document preparation, and correspondence.

Maintain organized and up-to-date records, ensuring easy access and compliance with company standards.

Respond to inquiries and resolve concerns efficiently, demonstrating excellent customer service.

Assist in coordinating and organizing office supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.

Collaborate with team members to support various administrative tasks as needed.

Uphold confidentiality and a high standard of conduct when handling sensitive information. Requirements - Proficiency in basic office skills, including data entry and record management.

Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with bilingual Spanish proficiency preferred.

Experience using office software and systems; familiarity with Yardi is a plus.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic work environment.

Customer service experience, showcasing a friendly and detail-oriented approach.
