Brush Clearer Utility Right of Way: (215) Fulltime, Temporary, Seasonal (H-2B) Jobs available 03/17/2026-9/30/2026.

Employer: Southeast Woodland Services, Inc. 431 Caines Landing Road, Conway, SC 29526.

Begin/report to work: 4780 Old Greenlee Rd., Marion, McDowell County, NC28752 @ $17.08/hr. Employer will transport workers daily between report to work address and additional worksites. Additional worksites (Tentative itinerary - continue throughout various counties/areas) within the States of: AL, AR, CT, DC, DE, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, KS,KY, MA, MD, ME, MO, MS, NC, NH, NJ, NY, OH, OK, PA, RI. SC, TN, TX, VA, VT &WV.

Duties: Spray fertilizers, herbicides or insecticides, shrubs, or trees, using hand or automatic sprayers or spreaders & other related Brush Clearer for Utility Rights of Way activities.

Duties: This is an entry-level position, working under direct supervision. The primary duty is to apply herbicide to foliage, shrubs, or trees using hand or manual backpack sprayers or spreaders. Employees will use manual backpack sprayers to dispense pre-mixed herbicide. Employees may need to adjust the concentration of pre-mixed herbicide by adding water to the sprayer tank, following on-the-job training and/or a provided guidance or chart. If necessary, possible fertilizer or insecticide application via backpack sprayer & other related Brush Clearer for Utility Rights of Way.

Work Days: Monday-Friday 7:00AM-7:00PM. Offering 35-35+(plus) hours per week; not including applicable lunch and/or breaks. Possible weekend/holiday work. Start/end times, offered hours and/or overtime could vary as they may be dependent upon other factors such as project/schedule/service needs, weather, and commute time between worksites(if applicable).

Terms: Employer will comply with all applicable Federal, State and local employment-related laws and regulations. If overtime is worked, wage is paid at 1.5x regular rate of pay per hour worked beyond 40 hours each week.).

Requirements: Must be 18 due to travel. Must show proof of legal authority to work in the U.S. Must walk substantially, also stoop, bend while carrying a pack (up to 50lbs) through terrain (non-trail). No minimum education requirement. On-the-job training available.

$15.05/Hour up to possible $24.09/Hour OT $22.58/Hour up to possible $36.14/Hour. Wage may vary. Will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due. Wage paid every week. All deductions required by law will be made the employer. At Employer's sole discretion: possible raises and/or bonuses based on individual factors such as work performance or skill; possible cash advances (if applicable/requested by worker, potential deduction from worker's paycheck).

The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at the rate required at the time of travel (currently $16.28 per day during travel to maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts). Transportation and subsistence will be reimbursed (by check in 1st work week) for cost from the place from which the worker has come to work for the employer, whether in the U.S. or abroad, to the place of employment. Will reimburse the H-2B worker in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government, incurred by the H-2B worker (not including passport).

All work will be done with employer provided tools, supplies and equipment without charge or deposit.

Optional, shared housing available at no cost to the worker.
