As an Allied Universal Patrol Unarmed Officer in a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. You will support a secure environment by conducting routine patrols, offering outstanding customer service, and communicating clearly with visitors and staff. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support the needs of the location.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.

Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to help to deter unauthorized access or activity within the manufacturing and industrial environment.

Document and report any unusual observations, incidents, or maintenance needs encountered during patrols.

Collaborate with site personnel and/or visitors to address questions or concerns related to security-related matters.

Minimum Requirements:

Supervisory experience is required.

A minimum of 5 years of security-related experience is required.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
