As a Security Professional specializing in access control at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor entrances, check credentials, and conduct routine patrols to help deter security-related incidents. Your role includes maintaining a visible presence, assisting visitors and employees, and delivering outstanding customer service. Pay Rate: $18.39 / Hour

Day Time

Fri12:00 AM - 08:00 AM

Sat04:00 PM - 12:00 AM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Monitor access points and verify credentials of individuals entering and exiting the location to help to deter unauthorized entry.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter suspicious activity.

Document and report any irregularities, such as property damage, theft, or presence of unauthorized persons.

Communicate with Allied Universal management and local authorities as needed for security-related matters.

Assist with implementing and following location-specific security-related protocols and procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

CPR and/or First Aid is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
