Job Title: Project Admin Assistant

Location: Arvada, CO

Hours/Schedule: Mon-Fri 8AM-5PM

Pay Range: $21- $22/hour

Type: Contract to hire

Overview:

Global Contract Testing Organization is seeking to add a Project Admin Assistant to join their team! This role would support 2-3 Project Managers in assisting with the coordination and timely management of customer projects.

Responsibilities:

Support Project Managers in operational and administrative tasks; project set-up, coordinating customer sample shipments to and from lab, communicating with customers as needed, calendar management and data entry

Review and generates sample receipts

Confirm customer information needed is recorded in LIMS for invoicing

Creates and issues final report by client due date

Reviews final invoice before issuing to customers/clients

Submits credit/debit memos for approval

Other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

Associates degree (four years client-relationship/client service experience may substitute for degree)

0-3 years business experience required

Prefer bench chemist experience

Strong communication skills, conflict resolution and client/customer relations

Able and willing to seek information from a variety of sources in a variety of ways to respond to client's technical questions about the project and to effectively communicate project status

Computer skills; general word processing and database software

Excellent time management and organization skills
