Position Summary...
Walmart is opening its third owned and operated milk processing facility in Robinson, Texas, scheduled to begin operations in 2026. The state-of-the-art facility will process and bottle a variety of milk options including Gallon, Half Gallon, Whole, 2%, 1%, Skim, 1% Chocolate Milk, and Cream for Walmart's Great Value and Sam's Club's Member's Mark brands. This new facility represents Walmart's commitment to building a more resilient and transparent supply chain, sourcing high-quality milk primarily from Texas dairy farmers to serve more than 750 Walmart stores and Sam's Clubs throughout Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana and parts of Arkansas and Mississippi.

This position starts at $22.30 per hour, with eligibility for a $1.50 weekend day shift differential, as well as a $0.50 pay increase every six months for up to two years.

What you'll do...
Operates and monitors filling machinery in a dairy processing environment. Tracks and adjusts fill weights to meet bottle specifications. Oversees cap monitoring and capping, along with general product packaging. Cleans, sets up, operates, and monitors filling equipment. Performs all necessary quality checks and completes documentation for filling machinery. Records production and quality data. Conducts filler line changeovers. Adheres to all sanitation and quality policies and procedures. Complies with Good Manufacturing Practices. Ensures adherence to food safety and quality system requirements. Keeps the workspace clean, sanitary, and safe. Communicates with other departments, management, and associates, and promptly reports any issues or concerns that may impact production efficiency. Reports any food safety and food quality related issues to management immediately. Promptly reports any food safety or quality issues to management. Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; using the Open Door Policy; and applying these in executing business processes and practices. The hourly wage range for this position is $22.30 - $24.30The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
