The Bethany Pediatrics Advanced Practice Nurse performs the role utilizing the patient-centered coordinated care model demonstrated through the following competencies: leadership, direct clinical practice, consultation/collaboration, coaching/guiding, research, and ethical decision making. Works collaboratively with other members of the practice/hospital team to assess, plan and implement care for individuals with health and safety needs. This practice has the following office hours:

Office Hours: Monday thru Thursday 8:00am-8:00pm Friday8:00am-5:00pm Saturday 8:00am-11:00am. The NP schedule will fall within these hours.

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: 1. Graduate of an NLN/AACN accredited program in nursing 2. Masters Degree 3. Maintains clinical competencies through participating in continuing educational programs (contact hours per years), and clinical practice as mandated by Board of Nursing and national certification body. 4. Experience in relevant patient care setting or as regulations dictate. Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred: 1. Masters Prepared Advanced Practice Nurse 2. Minimum of 3 years professional experience. 3. Strong organizational and computer skills 4. Effective verbal and written communication skills 5. Emotional intelligence, critical thinking and effective interpersonal skills 6. Ability to adapt to multiple and changing priorities 7. Valid Driver`s license Licenses and Certifications Required: 1. NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License. 2. Advanced Practice Nurse Cetification (w/ Master's Degree). 3. AHA Basic Health Care Life Support HCP Certification. Licenses and Certifications Preferred: 1. CPR certification

Education and Certifications: Degrees attained, residencies, fellowships, board certifications, research, and publications.

Productivity: Levels of productivity, quality and patient satisfaction.

Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in relevant skills and competencies.

Geographic Location: Cost of living and market rates for the specific location.

Internal Equity: Compensation is determined in a manner consistent with compensation ranges for similar roles within the specialty and/or sub-specialty.

Budget and Grant Funding: Departmental budgets and any grant funding associated with the job position may impact the pay that can be offered.

In addition to our compensation for full-time and part-time (20+ hours/week) positions, HMH offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, tuition reimbursement, and retirement benefits. The final compensation and benefits package will be discussed during the interview process.
