As a Security Officer - Warehouse Patrol Officer in Vernon, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned logistics and distribution locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. You will conduct routine patrols, respond to situations as needed, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the logistics and distribution location, including both interior and perimeter areas, to help to deter unauthorized activity.

Observe and report any unusual conditions, incidents, or potential hazards within the logistics and distribution environment.

Document security-related activities and incidents according to Allied Universal protocols.

Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points, verifying credentials, and/or escorting visitors as required.

Collaborate with site personnel and local emergency services during incidents or emergencies.

Maintain a visible presence to help to deter unwanted activity and provide reassurance to staff and visitors.

Minimum Requirements:

At least one year of security-related experience is required.

Proof of high school diploma or General Education Diploma is required as per client requirements.

Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.

Experience using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Experience with alarm panels is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
