As a Security Officer - Industrial Patrol Coverage in Lancaster, OH , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated manufacturing and industrial locations, remaining highly visible to help deter security-related incidents. Your role includes conducting routine patrols, supporting a secure environment, and delivering exceptional customer service. Pay Rate: $18.48 / Hour

Valid Driver's License for 1+ Year Required

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and respond to emergency situations as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting a secure environment.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including the perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.

Monitor for and report any unusual activity, hazards, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols.

Communicate observations and/or incidents to Allied Universal management and client representatives as required by site protocols.

Support access control measures by observing entry and exit points and identifying individuals who may not have proper authorization.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of all activities, incidents, and/or irregularities encountered during the shift.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
