Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team in Anaheim, California. This is a Contract position requiring expertise in managing financial records and ensuring compliance with deadlines. The role involves working on-site Monday through Friday and collaborating closely with team members to maintain smooth financial operations.

Responsibilities:

Record accurate journal entries to maintain up-to-date financial records.

Process payroll for a team of 47 employees, ensuring timely and precise payments.

Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including invoice management and payment tracking.

Perform bank reconciliations to verify account balances and resolve discrepancies.

Collaborate with staff to ensure all bookkeeping tasks align with organizational goals.

Utilize QuickBooks Online to manage financial transactions and maintain accurate reporting.

Assist with preparing financial reports for review by management.

Monitor deadlines and prioritize tasks to meet critical financial obligations.

Provide support during audits or financial reviews as required.

Contribute to maintaining compliance with organizational policies and procedures. Requirements - Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, with strong attention to detail.

Proficiency in QuickBooks Online for managing financial data.

Familiarity with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

Solid understanding of payroll procedures and compliance requirements.

Ability to perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.

Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.

Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members.

Ability to work independently while adhering to established guidelines.
