Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support legal operations in Louisville, Kentucky. This Contract to permanent position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong organizational and communication skills to assist in managing legal documentation and correspondence. The role requires working onsite from Monday to Friday during regular business hours.

Responsibilities:

Organize and distribute daily mail and correspondence effectively.

Provide administrative assistance to ensure smooth legal operations.

Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel for document preparation and data management.

Draft clear and effective business correspondence and legal documentation as required.

Maintain accurate and organized filing systems.

Assist in preparing wills and other legal documents.

Ensure compliance with legal standards and procedural requirements.

Coordinate communication between teams and external parties.

Manage schedules and appointments to support efficient workflow.

Perform general office duties to maintain a well-organized environment. Requirements - Proven experience in administrative support, preferably in a legal environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Strong skills in business correspondence and document preparation.

Knowledge of filing systems and organizational methods.

Familiarity with legal documentation, including wills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Detail-oriented with exceptional time management skills.
