Front Desk Agent $21/hour | Full-Time, Year-Round Location: AAA Four Diamond Luxury Resort Lake Placid, NY

This is a full-time, year-round opportunity to work among the best in the hotel and resort industry, in a fast-paced and supportive environment that values excellence and guest satisfaction above all else.

What Youll Do:

As our Front Desk Agent, youll be the heartbeat of our guest experience. Your responsibilities will include:

Greeting guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival Managing check-in/check-out processes quickly and efficiently Verifying payment methods and processing transactions Providing guests with information about local attractions as well as rooms, rates, amenities, and resort features Coordinating with housekeeping to ensure room readiness Resolving guest concerns with care and urgency Upselling resort amenities like dining, spa, and activities to enhance the guest experience What Were Looking For:

Were seeking a guest-focused individual who thrives in dynamic environments and takes pride in delivering high-level service. Preferred but not required:

Previous hotel or customer service experience Strong communication and organizational skills A proactive, positive, and team-first attitude Dependability, honesty, and the flexibility to work various shifts If youre eager to learn, naturally helpful, and ready to grow in the luxury hospitality spacewe want to meet you!
