Build and lead the founding sales organization for a product that's redefining talent acquisition. This isn't managing incremental improvements-you'll lead a team selling transformative AI technology that fundamentally changes how companies evaluate talent. What You'll Do
Build & Scale the Team
Recruit, hire, and onboard 20 Sales Representatives
Develop compensation structures, quota models, and territory assignments that drive performance
Create career pathing frameworks that retain top performers and promote from within
Build a coaching culture that rapidly develops AI sales expertise across the team
Drive Revenue & Pipeline
Own team quota
Build predictable pipeline generation machine through disciplined sales methodology
Partner with Marketing and Product on go-to-market strategy for AI Interviewer
Establish key metrics, forecasting models, and performance dashboards
Work cross-functionally with Account Executives on enterprise deal strategy
Operationalize Sales Excellence
Create the AI Interviewer sales playbook from the ground up-objection handling, demo frameworks, competitive positioning
Implement sales methodology and process discipline
Design onboarding program that builds AI fluency and sales competency
Establish QA frameworks for call reviews, demo analysis, and pipeline hygiene
Iterate rapidly based on market feedback and conversion metrics
Lead Through Change & Ambiguity
Navigate startup-within-a-company dynamics as we build
Make data-driven decisions on strategy shifts, resource allocation, and process changes
Represent AI Interviewer in executive leadership meetings and cross-functional planning
Balance short-term performance with long-term sustainable growth
Evangelize AI-Native Selling
Become a thought leader on selling AI in enterprise software
Train team to articulate deep learning models, NLP, and adaptive algorithms to business buyers
Stay current on generative AI trends and competitive AI developments
Build credibility with technical and business stakeholders through authentic AI expertise
What We're Looking For
Sales Leadership Experience
5+ years in B2B SaaS sales with 2+ years leading high-performing inside sales or SMB teams
Proven track record building teams from scratch or scaling teams 3x+
Experience managing $5M+ in team quota with consistent attainment
Track record of promoting team members and developing future leaders
AI & Technical Fluency
Deep curiosity about AI-you understand how models work, not just what they do
Ability to coach reps on translating technical concepts into business value
Comfort discussing AI capabilities, limitations, and competitive differentiators
Experience selling technical or data-driven products (AI/ML strongly preferred)
Operational Excellence
Mastery of sales metrics, pipeline management, and forecasting discipline
Experience implementing sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, etc.)
Strong analytical skills-you use data to make decisions, not just report results
Proficiency with Salesforce, sales engagement platforms, and revenue intelligence tools
Leadership Qualities

Hybrid Work Requirements
