The Account Manager is primarily responsible for developing and executing business plans to drive utilization in existing NeuWave Medical Accounts, focusing efforts around recruiting new users, educating referring physicians and executing training of physicians and staff.? Understandaccount needs and the role that physicians, nurses, supportstaffand hospital administration play in the sales process toestablishplans and solutions that meet short and long-term needs.

Expected tomonitorhospital strategies and marketplace developments; communicatetobusiness partners to develop account strategy.
Responsible for developing salesplanby account and by category using sales planning tools; sales plans must incorporate risk mitigation.
Optimizecustomer value byanticipatingand/or recognizing account issues and thenbeable to create, communicate,implementand followup on a corrective action plan.
Responsibilities also include meeting on a regular basis with hospital administrators, directors and managerstoreviewdisposable sales, trends,and explore opportunities to convey theNeuwaveand JNJvalue proposition.

Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree
At least 2 yearsofrelevantMedical Device/ Healthcare and/or Business-to-Business sales experience
Preferred:
Strong proven medical device salestrack recordwith documented growth and achievements.
Demonstrated success inprevioussalesroles,indicatinga high levelof sales performance, influence and selling skills
Capital Equipment experience
Marketdevelopment or product launch experience
Strong business acumen, includingC-Suitecustomerexperience
Abilityto travel up to 50% - 60%
