Construction Worker - Data Center Project

Location: Leesburg, VA

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are seeking motivated Construction Laborers to join our team on a data center construction project in Leesburg, VA. This role is critical to supporting site operations and ensuring timely project completion.

Responsibilities

Perform general labor tasks including low voltage, cable pulling, site cleanup, material handling, and assisting skilled trades.

Support installation activities for structural components and equipment.

Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely.

Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Assist with loading/unloading deliveries and staging materials for crews.

Requirements

Previous experience in construction or industrial environments preferred.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.

Reliable transportation to the Leesburg, VA job site.

Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions.

Must adhere to all site safety and compliance requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience on data center projects or large-scale commercial construction.

Familiarity with basic construction tools and equipment.

Schedule & Pay

Full-time, day shift (overtime may be available).

Competitive hourly rate based on experience.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Leesburg, VA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.50 - $35.00/hr.
