As a Security Guard - Manufacturing Site in Oshkosh, WI , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a leading manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will provide outstanding customer service and clear communication while supporting a secure environment. This position requires a valid driver's license and may involve driving responsibilities as part of your patrol duties. Join a team that values agility, reliability, and putting people first.

Pay Rate: $18.90 / Hour

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including the business premises and perimeter areas.

Observe for any unusual activity and report findings according to established protocols.

Monitor entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity.

Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and team members while on patrol.

Document incidents and daily activities in accordance with Allied Universal procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

At this site there are limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
