As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a manufacturing and industrial location, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help create a secure environment, and communicate professionally with all individuals on site. Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour

Wed02:30 PM - 12:00 AM

Sat12:00 AM - 08:00 AM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.

Monitor and control access to the manufacturing and industrial location, verifying identification and credentials of individuals entering and exiting the premises.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues as necessary.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe for any irregularities.

Maintain detailed logs and reports of access control activities, incidents, and observations as required by Allied Universal and client protocols.

Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and/or contractors to address inquiries and provide guidance related to security-related matters.

Assist with the implementation of emergency response procedures and support evacuation or lockdown processes as directed.

Minimum Requirements:

Customer service experience is preferred.

CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
