As a Security Officer - Manufacturing Patrol Operations in Zeeland, MI , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help maintain a secure environment. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while you provide outstanding customer service and clear communication. Pay Rate: $18.04 / Hour

Day Time

Mon02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Tue10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

Fri02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Sat02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Sun02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and adhering to site-specific policies within a manufacturing and industrial environment.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and to observe for any unusual conditions.

Assist with emergency response activities as appropriate for the location.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of patrols, incidents, and/or observations as required by the site.

Work collaboratively with site personnel and visitors to help to maintain a secure environment.

Communicate promptly with Allied Universal management regarding any security-related issues or concerns encountered during patrols.

Minimum Requirements:

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
