Staff Accountant - Responsible for creating and reviewing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements. DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES Include the following, but are not limited to the job specification contained herein: Proficiency in Quick books: Desktop/Online Preparing journal entries Assisting the controller with month end closing, Bank Rec. A/R and A/P experience Creating periodic reports, such as balance sheets, profit loss statements, etc. Maintaining accurate financial records. SKILLS/ QUALIFICATIONS Requirement: Min. 2 years in accounting Bachelor s degree in accounting is a plus Requirement: Proficiency and strong knowledge in MS Excel Requirement: Accuracy and strong attention to detail Requested: Experience working with mass retail accounts on item set up / configuration Ability to work independently. Ability to thrive under pressure and high sense of urgency Requirement: Excellent written and verbal skills, ability to multi-task Problem Solving: Use logic and reasoning to identify solutions and approaches to problems Attention to Detail
