As a Security Officer - Hotel Patrol Shift in Cleveland, OH , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a prestigious hotel and resort location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while delivering outstanding customer service. Pay Rate: $16.50 / Hour

Day Time

Mon02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Wed02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Thur02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Fri02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Sat02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to guests, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the hotel or resort location.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and maintain a secure environment.

Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.

Assist with access control procedures, monitoring entrances and exits as required by site-specific guidelines.

Support emergency response activities as directed, including assisting in evacuations or other urgent situations.

Maintain detailed and accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations during each shift.

Communicate professionally and courteously with guests, staff, and/or emergency responders as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
