?? What You'll Do

As a Traffic Controller, you will help keep utility work zones safe and running smoothly by:

Directing traffic safely around active work zones using hand signals, signage, and communication devices

Setting up, maintaining, and removing cones, barricades, and traffic control equipment

Monitoring traffic flow and adjusting controls to minimize delays

Communicating clearly with team members and the public to ensure everyone stays safe and informed

Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Comfortable standing for extended periods

Previous traffic control, construction, or utility experience preferred

Strong communication skills and a commitment to safety

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Pittsburgh, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $34320.00 - $34320.00/yr.

Scheduled Pay Increases: Earn a $0.50 raise every six months, recognizing your dedication and reliability.

Take-Home Vehicle Eligibility: After 3 months of employment, qualified team members may be eligible for a company take-home vehicle, adding convenience and saving on commuting costs.

Career Advancement: Hardworking and committed employees have the opportunity to move up into divisions, where wages start at $30+/hour.

This is a fully onsite position in Pittsburgh,PA.
